High-Fit Behavioral Signals

We're a fit when most of these are true

  • No VP / Director of Cloud Alliances on staff (or actively recruiting)
  • Marketplace listing exists but isn't optimized — no private offers, no EDP targeting
  • PDM relationship is inactive or inconsistent
  • ISV Accelerate is incomplete, pending, or not yet pursued
  • Leadership gets co-sell conceptually — but nobody executes it day-to-day
  • Enterprise or government deal cycles could use AWS field-seller leverage
  • Budget exists for fractional engagement without requiring headcount approval

When we're NOT a fit

We're not the right partner for every ISV. We typically don't engage with:

  • Pre-revenue ISVs (we work best with proven product-market fit)
  • ISVs not yet listed on AWS Marketplace (we recommend starting there first)
  • Teams looking for a full-time headcount replacement (we're fractional and embedded by design)
